Abstract :
This paper investigates parameter fault diagnosis for a class of nonlinear systems with time-delay by using adaptive observer techniques. The nonlinear fault distribution function depends not only on the inputs and outputs of the system but also on unmeasured states which causes additional complexity in fault diagnosis. Based on the adaptive observer technique, the detection and estimation tool is proposed. Under the Lipschitz condition,a fault detection observer and adaptive diagnosis observer are proposed.
