This article analyzed the development of cultivation mode of professional degrees (PD) based on system thinking. The system of the development of cultivation mode of PD can be divided into three subsystems: the program developing system, the faculty developing system and the management improving system. By building the causal loop diagrams, this article demonstrated the impact between the variables and the operation of the systems. In the end, this article gave suggestions.
