Abstract :
Supply chain management is not always concerned with the optimal solutions in terms of product allocation. A market mechanism solves the product distribution problem by allocating the scheduled resources according to market prices. We formulate a supply chain model as a discrete resource allocation problem, and demonstrate the applicability of economic analysis to this framework. The proposed algorithm facilitates sophisticated supply chain management, which produces a pareto optimal solution in the product distribution system
