  • Abstract
    Tailor rolled laminate blanks(TRLB) belongs to a new-type material and is the synthesis technology combined tailor rolled blank(TRB) with laminate material. For the sake of ensuring TRLB curve and combined strength, improving the quality and precision of model, the corresponded rolling model of TRLB is put forward, integrated with the mathematics model, virtual simulated technology and AI. The network model of integrated control and the frame model of thickness control are presented. Finally, the keys technologies of TRLB forming such as die design, spring precision control and multi-domains cooperation simulation analysis are discussed. The results offer the technical support for TRLB preparation and promotes the application of TRLB in Automotive Body.
