Abstract

This paper constructed indicators (criteria) system for the leading product selection of petrochemical industry in Northern Gulf of Guangxi, and retrieved criteria information for each product through the well-designed questionnaire. We formalized the leading products selection as a multi-criteria decision problem of which the criteria value is linguistic fuzzy information. In this paper, we proposed a method to transform linguistic information to two-tuple linguistic numbers, calculate the overall assessment value of the product from products criteria information using weighted aggregation operators, and finally support the selection via a ranked alternative set after comparing assessment values.
