Abstract
Full wave analysis of a slow-wave microstrip transmission line on a ferromagnetic semiconductor with an insulator is presented. A spectral domain method with sampling theorem is used. A new current distribution is applied. The obtained slow-wave factor is higher than that when only lossless ferromagnetic material is used. Phase shifting is also achieved by the structure
