Abstract :
In this paper, we propose Application Enabled Mobile Service Architecture (AE-MSA) for collecting, querying, and retrieving Real-Time, Real-Location, and Real-Identity Service Information (R3SI) in cellular networks. Different from extant services over mobile phones, AE-MSA is designed for mobile business users to explore potential service opportunities in their proximity. Specifically, AE-MSA reveals a new telecom capability, Location-Based-Search, which can be expected to create fantastic applications by using R3SI. For instance, with AE-MSA both service providers and consumers can search the closest and most favorite customers/service providers, place a request, and then AE-MSA server center will automatically hook mobile service providers up and bring the two parties to make a successful deal.
