Abstract :
This paper is devoted to design the whole drying system on the basis of the CIS heating plate. With the PID control method, in the actual production applications, we use PARTLOW´s temperature controller. On this basis, this article also discusses a realization of the use of fuzzy PID control system. The drying oven is a non-linear, time-varied delay system. It is very difficult to use the exact math model to express its characteristics. So the self adapt function fuzzy control is adopted in the normal drying temperature control system, which forms aptitude fuzzy control system. Furthermore, simulation test shows that the control system that uses the fuzzy PID controller has better performance than that of the traditional PID control, which improves the dynamic performance, the steady precision.
