Abstract :
The firefighting and rescue cooperation assignment is the central problem of the cross-area firefighting. How to make and effective inference according to the uncertain information acquired is a problem needed an urgent solvent. In this paper, cooperation task assignment algorithm of firefighting and rescue based on DBOA is presented. The concept of Distance Discount Factor (DDF) has been introduced to address the fact that operational units close but less significant units could be more rewarding than operational units far but more significant units. Simulation results have verified that the method could be used to solve the complex question, the operation was quickly and the solution was best and the DDF is validity with comparing the simulation results with and without DDF.
