Abstract :
The seats are important resources of railway passenger transportation. The reasonable use of seats and its efficiency are very important to the QoS (Quality of Service) of railway passenger transportation. In order to attain this purpose, this paper analyzes the sales of tickets and the uses of railway seats at present, and presents the strategy of selling the tickets based on fuzzy evaluations of passenger hardship degree and the technology of reusing the seats in the dynamic process of selling the tickets. And then, this paper studies the models of associated algorithms, the database design based on the reuse depth of seats and the concurrency control problems in the process of selling the tickets and reusing the seats. The simulation shows that this study will help to implement the passenger-oriented idea, and improve the efficiency of seats use based on ensuring the security, reliability and validity of seat-related data.
