Abstract
A hybrid technique that combines the method of dyadic Green function, the mode-matching method and the generalized scattering matrix technique to analyze a suspended line-fed cavity-backed antenna (SLCA) is presented in this paper. The method has been found to be highly efficient for calculation of the antenna. Some design formulas and important theoretical results are given
