Abstract :
Many feedback control applications require that a number of robust performance specifications are to be satisfied simultaneously. In this paper we consider SISO systems with parameter uncertainty. Using a formulation that translates the given specifications into robust stabilization requirements on a number of feedback loops, we pose this problem as one of simultaneous polynomial family stabilization. A version of the finite inclusions theorem (FIT) is then stated and used to develop a synthesis algorithm for simultaneous polynomial family stabilization. We demonstrate the synthesis algorithm by designing a robust controller for a seeker stabilization loop
