U.S. subprime lending crisis has become the world´s economic problems, this article began to study the subprime lending crisis from the causes of it, focusing on the influence analysis of subprime lending crisis on the traditional financial and real economy. For a period of time, the U.S. investment bank has been operating in the financial derivatives, but the United States Government does not have these investment banks into commercial banks system to monitor, when the value of financial derivatives strand breaks, the traditional financial and economic entities are be spared.
