Abstract :
Project ASYRIO (antenna system reconfigurable in orbit) studies the technological development of variable components over a real scenario, the Spanish satellite, to establish realistic BFN requirements. The electrical design requires a powerful software which takes into account the complex coverages from the two satellite locations and allows for a simultaneous optimization of the reflector dimensions and cluster geometry. The authors present the electrical design of the FSS HISPASAT antenna as well as the software used for the design
