Abstract :
Monolithically integrated InP-based pinTWA photoreceiver OEICs, co-packaged with DHBT-DEMUX chips for 100 GbE transmission concepts are presented. Packaged pinTWA frontends and co-packaged pinTWA-DEMUX OEICs were characterized. Well opened eye diagrams at 53.5 Gb/s demultiplexed data rates were achieved.
