Abstract :
By using two Dutch companies, Holec and KEMA, the authors argue that it manufacturers who test products themselves demonstrably comply with the ISO 9001 and EN 45001 standards and if their products comply with international standards, this should automatically result in certification institutes granting recognized product certificates
