  • Abstract
    Applied the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the performance of higher education science and technology (S&T) innovation in China. According to whether the performance is DEA form of efficiency, we could divide Chinese higher education S&T innovation performance into three levels: high performance, well performance and worse performance. The research result shows that the performance of each Province´s higher education S&T innovation does not have obvious correlation with their economic development level. At last, we did projection analysis on the Provinces which are non-DEA form of efficiency and proposed the improvement direction.
