Abstract :
We have investigated the microwave response of the epitaxial TlBaCaCuO thin films on LaAlO3 substrates. The distinction between the bolometric and nonbolometric response is presented by comparison of the characteristic of the responses at different temperatures, bias currents, and chopping frequencies. The bolometric microwave response of the films is proportional to the dR/dT of the films, while the nonbolometric response not proportional to the dR/dT of the films and the peak microwave response was found to be almost independent of the chopping frequency
