Abstract
The authors conducted static and dynamic wind tunnel tests to simulate aerodynamic vibration on a snow-accretionless insulated wire. They also constructed a field wire testing system to observe vibrations on the wire with a Vibrec recorder and video tape recording. The authors describe the results of these tests, and also the results obtained so far in developing of low-lift snow-accretionless insulated wire that can restrain aerodynamic vibration
