Abstract :
Command process is one of the important factors influencing effectiveness of combat command. Taking into consideration the uncertainty of circulation of command information, using the theory of information entropy this paper puts forward the concept of coordination degrees and timeliness of command process and establishes their corresponding calculating models, moreover constructs the model of effectiveness of command process. The method proposed in this paper is illustrated with a practical example and may be provided to assess effectiveness of command.
