Abstract :
A Danish electricity company, NESA, is carrying on a market survey of services to its consumers. The services are based on a newly developed tariff computer, TACOM, which is used for billing NESA´s 15000 consumers who are being billed according to seasonal time-of-day tariffs. The market survey is divided into two parts. One applies to the industrial sector and the other applies to domestic consumers. The paper describes both surveys in detail and gives examples of some of the services offered
