Abstract
In some phase driven beam scan antennas, the phase-shifter is one of the most important devices. There are several methods to realize phase shifter by electronic means. One of them is the PIN diode switched digital phase-shifter. This paper analyzes the operation principle of a PIN diode controlled digital phase-shifter and gives a set of experimental data for this phase-shifter
