Abstract :
As a time-variant, nonlinear and multi-disturbance complex system, the model of the mould-level is constructed, according to analyzing of the mould-level control system of the continuous casting. Furthermore, the Kalman filter fuzzy adaptive PID control method is presented in order to realize the in-line adjustment of PID parameters and to weaken the effect of random disturbances and measure noises. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the control method is adaptable, having strong anti-disturbances ability, fast response and great robustness.
