Abstract :
Both the directional and rotatable properties of sensors being considered, delayed and non-delayed sensing models of nodes in wireless multimedia sensor networks (WMSNs) are given. Then the resulting deterministic deployment is comparably analyzed. Meanwhile, the restrictive relations between area coverage rate and some parameters such as node direction, sensing angle, rotating speed, node-node direction difference, node-node distance as well are given. The result from simulations shows the validity of relations above.
