  • Abstract
    The FDTD simulations for quasi-optical circuit arrays are presented in this paper. The contributions of our work include analysis of device-grid properties, characterization of a crystal filter, the development of a method and simulation of back-to-back varactor tripler and MESFET oscillator arrays. Our work and the results we have obtained show that the FDTD is a very useful method for the simulation and computer-aided design of quasi-optical circuit arrays
