Abstract
This paper studies the problem of stability for discrete-time systems with time-varying delay. By using Lyapunov functional approach, sufficient conditions for stability in term of linear matrix inequalities are given. The results of stability analysis for the systems are less conservativeness than the existing results. A numerical example is also presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed method.
