Abstract :
Electromagnetic scattering from an eccentric multilayered cylinder with multi-cylinder inside is analyzed by an equivalent network formed by hybrid-aggregated T-matrix method and generalized scattering matrix technique. Both RCS and near-fields are presented to verify the method in either TM or TE polarization
