Abstract :
In a rotor flux oriented control system of bearingless induction motors, we usually ignore the rotor currents generated by radial position control windings. This will change the direction and magnitude of radial force. A novel rotor flux oriented control system, which compensates the delay and direction error in radial force generation, is proposed. The efficacy of the proposed control system is established by simulation.
