Abstract
The problem of non-fragile static output feedback control for a class of fuzzy bilinear systems is proposed. Based on the Lyapunov stability, the sufficient conditions are derived such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable in the presence of the additive controller gain perturbations. The stabilization conditions are further formulated into relaxed linear matrix inequalities (LMI). Finally, the Van de Vusse model is utilized to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
