Abstract
This paper is concerned with the dynamic output feedback H∞ control problem for networked control systems with random consecutive packet dropouts, where the random consecutive packet dropouts from the sensor to the controller and from the controller to the actuator are considered simultaneously. A novel random consecutive packet dropouts model is proposed, and by using this model, the system performance is studied. The dynamic output feedback controller is designed to stabilize the closed-loop system with a prescribed H∞ performance bound. An example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
