Abstract :
Due to the unreliability of road network caused by the traffic supply-demand contradiction and ATIS, the traffic flows between road sections or paths are correlated, as well as the corresponding travel time. Copula as a new method with its unique advantage in describing the correlations between variables is introduced into researching the travel time reliability in this paper.
