Abstract :
At present, for the problems of a low level automated testing system, single function and so on, the paper has designed an online detection system of ozone concentration. By comparing three commonly used detection methods of concentration, the paper uses the UV radiation absorption and expounds its theory. It also presents system circuit, working principle and software design based on single optical circuit detection. The system can detect the gas flow and temperature signal which influence ozone concentration, at the time of achieving online detection of the ozone concentration. The system has simple circuit, good stability and function diversification.
