  • Abstract
    The multi-cylinder synchronous drive control system of large forging hydraulic press based on classical theory has a bad inhibition to the system parameters, and the robustness is bad too. As the system parameters changed greatly, the synchronous error of the system can´t meet the design requirements. But in the actual condition, it is inevitable of the parameters perturbation. To enhance the robustness of the system, a robust regulator was designed based on modeling the multi-cylinder drive system of some one large forging hydraulic press. The simulation results shows that the system with the robust regulator can still maintain good control accuracy and response speed even as the parameters perturbed greatly.
