  • Abstract
Cruising process is an important flight phase, which has a direct impact on the economy of airplane operation. This paper presents the target function and relevance constraint conditions by applying the flight performance principle. Then the paper employs the simulated annealing algorithm to find the optimal solution of a new model, and gives the detailed cruising fuel conservation strategies. Finally it is shown that the new model can reduce cruising fuel, save operation cost and increase airline economic benefits.
