  • Abstract
    As the temperature change effect of the primary air and powder mixture in storage-type milling system, it is difficult to obtain accurate results of the direct measurement of the primary wind speed, resulting in this type of boiler system, the thermal adjustment of milling tests difficult. To address this problem, according to the heat balance principle of the air-tube boiler pulverized coal flow, it suggests that by applying the soft model of measuring the temperature of the air and pulverized coal before and after mixing, and the dynamic and static pressure to measure the primary air and the pulverized coal concentration after the mixing, and by applying it to the adjustment of the thermal powder process in storage-type milling system, it is a very good solution to the overheating of the end-temperature of super heater.
