Abstract :
The purpose of designing an intelligent cleaning system for special tube (ST-ICS) is to clean out the remains and deposits in the directional tube of the firing system of obtaining high speed. The ST-ICS combining multi-sensor technology with automatic control theory provides the reference signal for the frequency control to make the components of power transmission and the cleaning module finish the cleaning work, thus realizing intelligentize. Furthermore, the effectiveness and feasibility of the ST-ICS are confirmed by the simulations and experiments. In addition, this presented system in this paper can be also extended to other firing systems of the same kind for the cleaning.
