Abstract
A new stability criterion of uncertain time-delay systems is proposed. By establishing a new Lyapunov function including more information of time-delay and employing free-weighting method, new delay-dependent sufficient stability conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). It is shown that this new criterion can provide less conservative results than some existing ones. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
