Abstract :
In order to take effective dust control measures of coal warehouse bottom, it is necessary to chose the optimum dust control scheme. The coal characteristic and dust pollution mechanism of the coal warehouse bottom in Zhun Geer coal Washery have been clarified. Based on the above, three feasible dust control schemes of coal warehouse bottom, namely setting the guide-chute without tail dust cover, setting the guide-chute and dust removal fan without tail dust cover, setting the guide-chute and dust removal fan with tail dust cover, are put forward. Based on the actual spot condition, and by means of the combination of gas-solid two-phase flow theory with numerical simulation, the dust control mechanisms and effects of the three schemes are compared. Finally, the optimum dust control scheme has been chosen, which would provide a theoretic and practical guide for dust control and management of coal washery.
