Abstract :
Aimed at shortcomings of inaccurate testing, too many sensors, complicated installation in the present parameter test of hoist braking system, in this paper, a new method is presented to detect hoist braking system parameters based on dynamic equation and speed chart, which doesn´t use any other sensors except rotary encoder. This method is verified through MCU LPC2138 based on ARM core and its auxiliary circuit, software and rotary encoders. Its realization is easy and safe. It´s precision is very high.
