  • Abstract
    An idea for the design of multifunctional sensors has been suggested. The technique is based on the structure synthesis of substance and energetic transformations of signals with selection of the most rational combinations of physical phenomena and using the knowledge of the material properties where said phenomena manifest themselves. The procedure will be followed by performance evaluation of the obtained measurement principles
