Abstract
During the process of crystal growth, the power supplied to the heater is need to be credible, steady and accurate. This paper describes a power supply system which is composed of six modules and can be used for crystal growth. After introducing the basic principles of the main circuits, the paper describes the most important measurements of the chopped voltage and the inverted current in details.
