Abstract
Different objects, situated in water medium, can be obtained in the region of formation of radiation of parametric array. For example, air bubbles, bioobjects, singular fishes, fish accumulations etc. These objects, being present in the region of interaction of primary waves, may put distortions and changes in the field, that is forming, scattering sound energy. Because of that it is necessary to consider their possible influence. In the given issue this problem is solved in the next formulation: scattering objects are modeling as absolutely hard spheres, re-radiating signals of parametric array to the space angle
