Abstract :
Aiming at our air traffic congestion problems in the assessment, establish evaluation index system of air traffic congestion and provide the evidence theory assessment method in the air traffic congestion. Through the result of calculation of the example, it has validated the effectiveness and feasibility of the assessment method in the air traffic congestion.
