  • Abstract
    A CNTFET transport model was built using the Non-Equilibrium Green´s Function (NEGF) formulism. This method abandons the rough continuum model, and connects the CNTFET transport properties with the CNT chiral directly. The output characteristics and transfer characteristics of (17, 0) Zigzag CNTFET are simulated. This research is of great significance for analyzing the CNTFET working mechanism and new characteristics different from traditional field effect transistors.
