  • Abstract
    In order to improve the readability of scene, this paper presents a method of dynamic labeling of buildings in 3D virtual city. This method, based on 3D buildings model, sets up candidate positions for labeling first, and then computes the visibility of the samples in the candidates and comprehensive evaluation in real time, finally embeds labels in the optimal positions. The results show that the method effectively improves the scenes readability in 3D city models, and achieve real-time and aesthetic requirements.
