Abstract :
This paper analyzes the rural area´s wind energy and sunlight resources in China by means of research and study about wind energy and light energy resources. An independent power supply system which complemented each other by wind and light is prompted here, and the system suits for most rural areas in China. This paper also introduces the design of the system about its basic structure and autocontrol system. The agricultural independent power supply system which complemented each other by wind and light is very stabile and reliable by means of simulation and analysis. This paper consists of three parts: Research of wind energy and light energy resources; Research and design of independent power supply system which complemented by wind and light each other; Simulation about the system´s stability and reliability.
