Abstract :
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) refers to a technology which explores the interaction and intercommunication between human beings and computer, and somatosensory interaction is precisely a HCI technology which came into vogue during the past one or two years. In order to obtain a more friendly interaction experience, this paper, using Kinect launched by Microsoft, develops the actions related to somatosensory interaction and the approaches for achieving action recognition. Experimental results demonstrated that real-time navigation and auto navigation are available under 3D virtual environments for the somatosensory interaction actions involved in this paper.
