Abstract
In this paper, the 2-D planar breast model of the breast cancer detection is shown in this paper. The microwave propagation in the breast is simulated by the finite difference time domain method (FDTD). The standard Capon beamforming (SCB) algorithm and Double constrained robust Capon beamforming (DCRCB) algorithm are described. The image results demonstrate a good stability of DCRCB algorithm comparing with SCB algorithm and feasibility of the UWB microwave image on the breast cancer detection.
