Abstract :
This paper gives an overview of the voltage dip (sag) test facility developed at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, for the testing of motor drive responses to such disturbances. The test procedure followed is described. Hardware and software comprising the test facility are discussed, concentrating on key aspects of the test facility
