Abstract
Aimed at two-motor synchronous system based on field orientation, the method of identification based on a satisfactory fuzzy c-mean clustering (SFCM) algorithm and local model network (LMN) strategy for speed and tension are adopted firstly, and linear local models for speed and tension are built .Then, local DMC controller is designed for each local model respectively. In the end, the appropriate global controller is obtained by weighting of the local controllers according to the real operating condition changing. Thus, error prediction and model prediction of speed and tension are directly modified by feedback, and appropriate control increments are acquired by rolling horizon optimization strategy in the constrained case. SO, flux observer is needless. Simulation results show that this control method bring about good effects to two-motor synchronous system.
